With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing, retaining, and deleting the personal data of our exhibitors and visitors across all channels in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, relevant legislation, and binding decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.
This information fulfils the clarification obligation toward business partners, customers, event exhibitors and visitors, people submitting applications through the corporate website, and users of CNG+ digital services.
Your processed personal data and processing purposes
If you participate in the events of CNG FUARCILIK VE TANITIM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. and its affiliated group companies, your personal data consisting of your full name, mobile phone number, email address, institution and position, vehicle license plate, and photo and video images captured during the organization will be processed.
This data is processed for the purposes of carrying out the organization, enabling entry procedures to the event area, providing information, collecting feedback, communicating with you, taking security measures, managing emergency processes, improving service quality, enabling expo exhibitors and visitors to benefit more from the event, increasing the visibility of the organization, developing collaborations, improving employee performance and satisfaction, ensuring occupational safety, and fulfilling legal obligations.
In addition, your photo and video images captured within the scope of the event may be shared on our company’s internal communication channels, corporate social media accounts, website, and the digital channels of business partners.
Corporate website and application information
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, company information, subject and message. Stand applications additionally collect the event, company website, country, city, mobile number and area preference. These details are used to review your application, handle participation and service requests, and contact you.
Language, submission time, notice acknowledgement, IP address and browser information are recorded to follow up on contact submissions. Submissions are kept in a restricted company record area and emailed to the relevant team. The career form asks for candidate contact details, position, message and CV.
A notice acknowledgement is not a separate marketing permission. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information or information about third parties in your requests.
CNG+ account, registration and notification information
Mobile accounts process your name, email, password hash and optional phone number. Profiles process the professional, company and address information you share. Event registrations process event, sector and product group preferences. Account and session information supports secure access, email verification and password recovery; event and profile details support visitor registration and personal entry cards.
The event notice version, language, presentation time and related registration are recorded. This acknowledgement is not marketing consent. If notification permission is given, a notification token and technical device information are processed for delivery; notification permission is managed separately.
App diagnostic records are limited to technical status and version information. GPS location, contacts and calendar content are not read. Registration drafts and session information are stored on the device; completed account deletion and logout clear local account data.
Web services and technical disclosures
The website uses session, security and language cookies. Google Analytics measures website use; Google reCAPTCHA protects application forms against automated abuse. Verification information and your IP address are sent to Google during reCAPTCHA verification.
Loading Google Maps, external fonts, icons and other resources connects your browser to the relevant providers and may transmit technical connection information. Permitted mobile notifications use Expo, Apple and Google infrastructure. The Privacy Policy separately explains web and mobile data flows.
Method and legal basis for collecting your personal data
Your full name, contact details, position information, and vehicle license plate are obtained directly from you electronically. Your photo and video images are collected physically and/or digitally through recordings made during the event.
Website and CNG+ account, profile and event application details are collected directly from you through electronic forms. Session, notice presentation, admission and diagnostic information is generated through system records during service use. Notification tokens and device information are collected through the app and device notification services if you grant notification permission.
Personal data processed to organise event participation is processed under the Article 5 grounds of direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract and the controller’s legitimate interests.
Parties to whom your personal data is transferred and transfer purposes
Authorised company teams and providers involved in hosting, email, technical support, event admission and notifications you permit may process personal data to deliver the relevant service. The relevant sections explain technical disclosures through Google, Expo and Apple services used on the web and mobile surfaces. If requested by authorized public institutions and judicial authorities under the legislation, your personal data may be shared in accordance with the relevant legislation. The legal basis for this transfer is “compliance with a legal obligation.”
Your rights regarding the protection of your personal data
Under Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed and, if processed, to request information about it.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
- To request correction, deletion, or destruction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
- To request that these actions be notified to third parties.
- To object to a result against you arising exclusively through analysis by automated systems.
