The website provides event, company and service information, and access to contact and stand application forms. The CNG+ app provides event information, programmes, visitor registrations and personal entry cards.
Event information and applications
Event dates, venues, programmes and exhibitor information may change according to organiser announcements. Check the current announcements and admission conditions before attending.
Submitting a contact or stand application form starts a review of your request. Submission alone does not allocate a stand, confirm participation or create a commercial contract. Pricing, area, participation and cancellation conditions are defined in the relevant event offer and contract.
Use of the CNG+ app is free. Event admission and other services may have separate charges; event-specific conditions are stated in the relevant announcement.
Your information and account security
Use your own accurate and current information in forms and account operations. You must have the necessary authority when acting on someone else’s behalf.
Do not share account passwords, verification codes or personal entry cards. Do not create an account or event registration using another person’s identity. Report suspected unauthorised access to info@cngexpo.com.
Acceptable use
Use the website and app for lawful purposes. Avoid activities that harm service security, other users’ rights or company operations.
- Do not submit misleading applications, impersonate others, send spam or make unauthorised bulk submissions.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems.
- Do not upload malicious files or disrupt service operation.
- Have the necessary rights and permissions when using third-party information, images or trademarks.
Content and external links
CNG Expo text, designs, logos and images are covered by the intellectual property rights of the company or relevant rights holder. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission or a legal right of use.
The website may link to event websites, map services and other external resources. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Privacy, account deletion and support
The Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice explain personal data processing. The Account Deletion page provides a way to start a deletion request outside the app.
