This policy covers the CNG Expo corporate website and CNG+ event and visitor services provided by CNG FUARCILIK VE TANITIM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş.. The company is registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce under number 427132-5, with MERSIS number 0211141090000001. Its address is Maslak Mahallesi Meydan Sokak No:5 Spring Giz Plaza K:2 D:24 Sarıyer / İstanbul.

Information you share on the website
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, subject and message; company information is optional. The submission time, language, notice acknowledgement, IP address and browser information are also recorded to handle and follow up on your request. Contact submissions are stored in a restricted company record area and forwarded to the authorised email recipient.
Stand applications collect the event, name, company, email, website, country, city, phone and mobile numbers, and requested stand area. These details are emailed to the authorised company team to review your participation request and contact you.
The career form asks for your name, contact details, position of interest, message and CV file. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information or information about third parties.
CNG+ account and event information
Creating a CNG+ account collects your name, email and password; phone is optional at registration. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Email verification and password recovery support account security.
Company, job, profession, website, address, country and city information you share in your profile, together with selected events, sectors and product groups, may be processed for visitor registration and entry cards. An entry card may contain your name, company and personal entry number. Protect your card and QR code.
Notifications are optional. If you grant permission, a notification token and the device platform, model, operating system and app version are registered for delivery. Adding an event to your calendar opens the device calendar editor for that event; the app does not read calendar or contacts content. The app does not collect GPS location.
Session information, cached profiles and registration drafts are kept in secure device storage. Logout and completed account deletion clear local account data. Mobile diagnostic records contain request identifiers, error categories, status, duration, platform and version details; passwords, verification codes, profile details and entry card contents are excluded. Technical records may be stored on the device and sent to the application server to investigate service problems.
Cookies and third-party services
The website uses cookies for sessions, security and language preferences. Google Analytics measures website use. Google reCAPTCHA protects contact and stand application forms against automated abuse. Verification information and your IP address are sent to Google during reCAPTCHA verification.
Google Maps on the contact page and external map, font, icon and other resources connect your browser to the relevant providers. These connections may transmit your IP address and browser information. You can limit cookies and external content through your browser settings; some features may be affected.
The CNG+ mobile app does not use advertising or advertising tracking software. Optional mobile notifications send the device notification token and a general event message to the Expo notification service, using Apple or Google notification infrastructure depending on the device. Notification messages do not contain names, email addresses, passwords or entry cards. Manage notification permission in your device settings.
Access, disclosure and security
Authorised company teams handling the relevant service review your submissions and service records. Hosting, email, technical support, event admission and optional notification providers may take part in processing to deliver the service. Relevant records may also be disclosed to comply with authorised public authority requests and legal obligations.
Protect your account credentials and entry cards. Report privacy or account security concerns to info@cngexpo.com. Do not include passwords or verification codes in request correspondence.
Retention and deletion requests
CNG+ visitor registration drafts remain valid for seven days after the last save and are removed from the device when accessed after expiry. Cached profiles are treated as current for fifteen minutes; this is not an automatic deletion period for the server account or the device copy. Logout and completed account deletion clear local drafts, cached profiles, session information and diagnostic records.
The device diagnostic file is replaced on the next error entry after it reaches 256 KB or is more than seven days old. Email verification codes, password reset codes and reset keys issued after verification are valid for ten minutes; the related verification record is removed after successful use. These validity periods do not define retention periods for all server records.
Retention conditions for contact submissions, service records, technical records and email correspondence are considered for the relevant record type and processing purpose. Contact info@cngexpo.com to request information about the retention grounds, periods and recipients of your records.
You can start a deletion request by email from the Account Deletion page without reinstalling the app. Account-related event, profile, session and device records are within the scope of the request. Older or linked-system records may require ownership verification. Records subject to statutory retention, provider copies and backups are considered separately; receiving a request does not itself mean every copy has been deleted.
