From the email address registered to your account, send your name, the relevant service and your account deletion request to info@cngexpo.com. The button below opens a draft in your email app for you to complete.

Who receives your request?

Your request and account ownership
Your name, registered email address and the name of the service help identify your request. Specify the scope if you have records for several events or services. Avoid attaching unnecessary personal documents to your first email.
Secure account ownership verification may be needed to prevent deletion of someone else’s records. If you cannot access your registered email address, explain the situation to info@cngexpo.com so an appropriate verification method can be considered.
Opening the email draft does not send your request; you must send the message from your email app. Receiving a request and completing account deletion are separate stages.
Scope of a deletion request
A request covers your account and its related profile, session, device, event registration and entry card information. After deletion, you cannot continue using the relevant account and cards. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account on the server.
Older visitor records, links to other systems, contact submissions and email correspondence are considered separately. Ownership or statutory retention review may be needed. A request awaiting review is not treated as completed deletion.
Records that may need retention and the outcome
Some records may need retention for a legal obligation, protection of a right or necessary security review. The response to your request explains the scope, grounds and applicable period for such retention. Provider copies and backups are also considered within the deletion request.
Requests under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law are answered as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. The response explains the outcome and any further verification or retention needed. Disabling account access alone does not replace deletion of the account and associated data.
Other request methods
If you can access CNG+, you can also use the account deletion option in Settings. App access is not a prerequisite for requesting deletion by email.
